Shipping Policy
Ordering an item from Shockdue.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will contact you if there are issues with shipping.
We ship UPS Residential or Commercial Ground unless specifically directed to ship more expediently or by USPS (most order to men and women of the military require USPS for orders shipping to a base).
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will inform you of Shipping date estimates after confirmation of the order. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you will be charged for one regular per-shipment fee.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we will charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The estimated weight for most shocks is between 4 and 7 pounds each. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Example
You may return all new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Shockdude.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the error is yours, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items that are opened or returned more than 60 days after delivery may receive only a partial refund based on the condition of the product and our ability to resell the product.
